I started spinning classes today and feel very determined, I've gained 2 pound in the last week, I was on vacation and stuffed my face but I'm back on track!!! I hope this works
172.4 lb Lost so far: 12.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
