Well day 65 of intermittent fasting 19/5 and I'm feeling well, I'm surviving the non eating period, some days I must admit are better than others but I'm getting through, 1.6kgs this week, which at that rate is 6.5kgs (14.3lbs) roughly a month, that's my monthly goal, 6.5kgs, I'm reading labels more and being disciplined in eating, I'm still not doing enough exercise but I'm aware and will endeavor to integrate more into my day, onwards and upwards, desire drives dedication, god bless...
