Feeling great, did a fabulous job at planning ahead and staying on track over the weekend while I work...back where I ought to be. Thinking of resetting my goal, (not cause I can't get there) my husband thinks 135 may be to skinny for my frame, but I've never even been at this current size so think I just continue until I am happy and content with my size and how clothes fit etc. then just continue to improve my fitness and eat reasonably. Never know how any certain weight size will suit you, until you are there.
146.6 lb Lost so far: 5.4 lb.    Still to go: 8.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.1 lb a week
