TODAY I PLAN ON STICKING TO MY DIET LIKE GLUE. THERE ARE NO MORE EXCUSES FOR MESSING UP BECAUSE THAT IS ALL I HAVE BEEN DOING, LATELY. I HAVE BEEN EATING LATE AT NIGHT, AS WELL AS TOO MUCH FOOD. I USED TO HAVE SO MUCH SELF-CONTROL. I HAVE TO GET THAT BACK AGAIN. I WILL DO IT THIS TIME WITH THE 10% LOWER BODYFAT CHALLENGE.


INTAKE-
-BANANA
-NOODLE SOUP
-BREAD
-CHEESE
-6 RAISIN COOKIES
-6 SLICES OF PIZZA

(I KNOW, BAD CHOICES)



EXERCISE-
-N/A



140.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

you sound just like me! I have been so bad lately! I have promised myself that tomorrow is a new day and I am going to stick to my plan and meet my goals! Of course every day I break it and by evening am telling myself to start again tomorrow. Tonight I joined to Awesome August challenge and it starts in the morning! So i figure this is the perfect motivation to get going on that weightloss! Good luck to you!!

The Banana was good! Don't worry My wife had a chocolate party a couple weeks ago. We had like 25 varieties of chocolate, chocolate fondue, chicken salad finger sandwiches, and cheese fondue..... All of that combined with beer was a bad choice!
