I'm down 1.4 pounds, so it would appear that the stress-free diet approach worked over the weekend. I'm not going to fool myself into thinking I can make it a habit, but it's nice to know that I can indulge in some holiday merriment and still see the scale move downward...
197.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
