So, I managed to quit smoking again finally, but that put my diet on hold for a couple of weeks while I stuffed anything I could find in my face! Still, it was worth it, and considering the amount of food and junk I consumed, I am surprised I only gained 2 lbs. Now however, it is time to get back on track with eating. Wish me luck!
169.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 34.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
