Feeling great! 3 mile walk yesterday and another 2 miles today. Pre-season football starts today, low carb nachos are on the menu! Happy Sunday everyone!
229.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
