Almost forgot to weigh today due to the holiday weekend. Still have good and bad days, but still making progress. Some days I follow very well and others I know I'm over eating but do it anyway. Need to get more consistent.
321.4 lb Lost so far: 53.6 lb.    Still to go: 21.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
