The hardest part of doing this low calorie intake, intermittent fasting, daily exercise (walking), no soda and lots and lots of water is my weekends. I did awesome this week except for Saturday where i went 40 calories over what I should have. Self-discipline ugh.. but it seems to be working and I'm sticking with it.
251.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

When my husband is home from the road, I have trouble staying on my 1500 calories. Yesterday he brought me a BBQ sandwich and it was good but it put me over. Tonight I will probably do pizza or breakfast supper.
