Downstairs weight
For the last week I ate breads/pasta/fried/candy!!!
UGH def set me back 5 pounds. Even tho I was still getting my 100 min in! Def has a lot to do with what you eat as well
161.8 lb Lost so far: 14.2 lb.    Still to go: 26.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
