Steady today. Rained yesterday so I opted to do the eliptical last night....I tend to feel better when I can do my outside exercise...but I knew I had to do SOMETHING. Im hoping this weekend will be less busy, the last couple have been crazy. It will feel good to not have a whole list of things I "have to do" this weekend, and just have some "down time".
