I can't believe I slept so long today. It's a pretty crappy day outside though, so it's no wonder I tucked in my bed all day. It looks like it's six at night with all the rain and clouds. I don't think I'm going to eat a full day's worth of food today simply because I woke up too late. Oh well.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
