Day 1 - 13.9.14 Already horrified by how many calories there are in scrambled egg on toast. Have decided to try and stick to 2000-2500 calaties a day. Sounds a lot but I have a lot to loose. My target weight is 13 stone so 2stone 10lbs to go. I will think about another target weight if ever I get to this one. Motto: Eat to live, not live to eat.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
