Took my eye off the ball and hit a plateau but didn't put on any weight. School holidays so I can either scoff ice cream all summer or get back on it and make a difference by September.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
