Well, to say that I went a little overboard this past week is an understatement! You can't fool the scales, that's for sure! I enjoyed my time partying with family (that's evident!). My husband leaves in just one week for National Guard basic training! We have been having going-away parties for him & have more parties this coming weekend! He will be gone for a total of 20 weeks!!!!!!!!!!! Yes, hopefully he will be home for Christmas! WOW! Just thinking about that makes me want to eat a dozen donuts!!!!!!!!!! This is my last week with him, so I have to focus on us ... not every single thing I put in my mouth! I have to get the scales down a little bit though. 168 is NOT where I want to be! I am getting back on the right path today & so far, so good! All prayers are appreciated! ;)
168.2 lb Lost so far: 51.8 lb.    Still to go: 28.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
