While my weight remained the same, my percentage of body fat dropped to 18 percent from 19+ the weeks before. It appears that I am building some muscle while lovsing the fat.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
