Good morning, all! OMG...I am continuing to lose....I haven't seen 137 lbs is a long time...but still must forge ahead....Consistensy really works! I forgot to mention yesterday that I played around with my weighted hola-hoop last night for around 5 minutes...I hope to use it again tonight....MUAH!
