After the 30 day Whole30 plan, I went back to my old ways. Luckily I didn't gain anything back. I was seeing an average of 228-231 on the scale - much better than mid 240's! I want to do the Whole30 again and have been thinking about it so much, but with lots of company and birthdays this summer I knew it would have to wait. As it turns out, now that it's the end of summer, we bought a house! Needless to say that we've been too busy to plan and cook for Whole30. I also started a new cleaning job to accompany my new newspaper route so I'm working 7.5+ hours a week. It might not sound like much but it's a lot of work. Anyway, when I saw myself in the mirror this morning I thought that it looks like I lost weight so I weighed myself and was surprised to see I was down to 225.5! That was a nice surprise! Hopefully these jobs help me to lose weight even if I can't stick to the Whole30 plan!
