TODAY STARTS A NEW AND DIFFERENT DAY. I AM ON A NEW CHALLENGE CALLED, "LOSE 10% OF YOUR BODYFAT IN 90 DAYS". I WILL BE RECORDING EVERYTHING I EAT. I WILL ALSO BE RECORDING ALL EXERCISING, AS WELL. TODAY STARTS A 360 DEGREE CHANGE. I WANT TO GET INTO MY NEW DVB VICTORIA BECKHAM JEANS, AND MY HEIDI KLUM BY JORDACHE JEANS. THEY ARE MY GOAL SKINNY JEANS! THEY ARE SNUG, IF NOT TIGHT, SO I PLAN ON FITTING INTO THEM. IF I WANT TO WEAR THEM, I MUST GET THIS DIET KICK STARTED. TODAY, I WILL EAT LIGHT, HEALTHY AND IN SMALL PORTIONS. MY CURRENT WEIGHT IS 140 POUNDS, AND MY ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT IS 111-115 POUNDS. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS BECAUSE I HAVE DONE THIS BEFORE. I WILL SUCCEED TODAY AND EVERYDAY. I WILL NOT LET FOOD CONTROL ME...........I EAT TO LIVE; NOT LIVE TO EAT.
