Girl, I know how you feel. There's lots of ways to eat healthy and feel full, though! I've been trying to substitute things I eat for dinner with veggies. Drinking water before each meal helps, too. Good luck, lady! We're all in this together!

RIGHT, sometimes I think to myself...no everything tastes better than being skinny, but don't give up hope!!!

Maybe you will think I'm crazy but since you are a bigger girl, no offence off course you can eat around 1600 cals and still lose weight at a good pace. There is no need for you to be starving. Use this time to enjoy food because as soon as you get slimmer your allowed calories will also reduce.

Snezica is right, I'm not sure what your calorie target is but I have never eaten less that 1500/day and on workout days sometimes I'm up around 1800 to 2000/day and I still get moderate weight loss. Going to low in calories will slow down weight loss after a few weeks. Also, the healthier food choices you make the more food you can eat. I find that I'm constantly eating when I'm eating healthier things, it's the poorer quality processed foods that are super calorie dense and leave us starving. This whole thing is a learning process, all about finding your stride. Lots of great resources and people here to help along the way. Good luck to you!

You most certainly should not eat less than 1500 calories per day; if you're going for a caloric deficit, eat 1500 calories and then burn 300 to amount to 1200 calories that day. Your body will slow down metabolism if you eat too little. Also, I would argue that Nutella tastes much better than skinny feels. :)

Try upping your protein intake! Low-fat string cheese and eggs are high in protein!
