Ok, first month in the books. Lost 5.6 lbs. Stoked about that. August will be a good month. Trying to stay migraine free. Let's go!
231.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 56.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
