I should have lost loads!! but I haven't. A holiday and a birthday didn't help, have got the 10,000 steps bug so let's hope that keeps me on track to be a skinny bird again!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
