RN16's Journal, 31 July 2022

I'm better hydrated today. The saving grace of me not gaining a lot of weight is we walked a lot Wednesday through Friday. We was at the beach Wednesday and I walked 5 hrs looking for shells and swimming in ocean, Thursday was Busch Gardens and we walked 11 hours. My family said their feet hurt. I told them I'm used to this, this is what I do 12 hours 3 days a week at work. Friday we went and toured the SS Victory ship. I post all my pics on Instagram, because it's easier than here.
141.8 lb Lost so far: 38.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

We did have fun. If I could just talk my husband into moving to Florida. We all agreed we wouldn't want to live in Tampa though. Another part of Florida would be nice.
