I'm back! I did bad...really bad. I got back up to 174lbs just by going on holiday and being fed pasta 4x a day and drinking a lot of wine...
Anyway! I was 174lbs on 1 Septmeber, I'm now back to 166.6lbs on 9 September so doing ok. Hoping to be in the 150's again by the end of Sept :) I don't look too bad to be honest, still lifting so the gain is not too hideous on the eye. Back on it!
