One of those mornings where you wake up expecting the scale to be stubborn and there is a 2.4lb drop on it. So we're off to a great start today. Had pancakes and raspberries for breakfast. Very tasty. Busy day of Science exams, violin lessons, and household chores. Probably going to walk outside for a bit after this and see how the fish are doing. So yesterday's doctor appointment went really well. I was down 18 lbs according to their records, and while I had 2 things on my bloodwork that came back elevated, the doctor seems to think it was from switching up my diet. So I'll be doing follow up blood work in a few weeks before my next check in appointment. 1 month down, 5 more to go! Have a great Wednesday everyone!
