Didn't gain or lose. Glad I didn't gain, but sad I didn't lose any. I have to watch my points and portions; especially my food portions. I did snack on salt and vinegar potato chips over the weekend. I'll have to eliminate that from my diet immediately. I don't want to go back to my old routine of snacking unhealthy foods.
