I am along my journey to get to 200 lbs. I will do this as healthy as possible and stay consistent with training. Starting tomorrow, I will walk Sage twice a day no matter how tired I may feel. I will take my supplements and juice and not eat pasta or bread. The meat will be a treat.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You got this! For me, when I was losing weight, planning, prepping and logging was essential. I prepped so I would have correct portions and always have snacks on hand. 👍👍
