Started my Be-Cleansed routine from GNC. Not really digging it so far. The green liquid didn't taste bad really, it's just fruits and vegatables pureed it looks like, and tasted kind of like grape. Ate the salad for lunch as directed, it was kind of filling. It was also a lot of salad. But the pill packs, not something I like. I don't really like taking pills in the first place, and supplements usually give me the burps.

It's not so bad. I should work out a little more I suppose. I haven't exercised in several days, but diet is usually the main way to lose weight, so I guess that's not too bad. Slowly and surely I'll get to exercising more than three days a week.
180.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
