Gathering of nomads, morning teas, afternoon teas, happy hours and combined dinners - just what I needed right now, sigh; constant rain, no walking and we fly out tonight for 3 weeks away from scales and laptop.
I have a very tight pair of jeans to use as a weight guide and I will log my food as well as I can manage. Oh why did I agree to this trip!
Wish me luck and strength of will ...
178.8 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 15.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
