I started P90X on Monday with my girlfriend, Erin. It's kicking our asses, but the workout is amazing. I feel great and love the satisfaction I get after powering through each of those workouts. I'm debating whether I need to adjust my RDI for this program, or just be extra selective about the types of food I eat. I'd like to see myself drop below the 230lb mark sometime within the next week.. :)
232.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
