Been banting since end of February 2014. Have not seen any shift in my weight although it feels like I have lost cm.
Monday going to follow the eating plan I found on the web to try restrict my calories and hopefully see a shift in weight.

Should cut out the diary. Too many carbs. Also have to figure this net carb thing because something like avo has way too many carbs.
Anyhoo at the end of the day and still feel peckiss. Even though I have eaten enough during the day I still don't feel satisfied for some reason.
