Back down again today. Definitely was water gain. To be on the safe side, am doing the process of eliminating foods to see what gives the best progress, so no Mock Danish this morning (plus, I only had 2 eggs this morning and had to make some hard choices, lol). Also, no nut butter today. We'll see if that helps!

Jeans felt a little looser in the seat, but I'm not sure if that's wishful thinking, or an indication that my pants need to go through the washer. ;)
266.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
