耶~~瘦到60了
昨天猛吃豆苗真的有吃飽
半夜也不會很餓
跳舞瘦身亂扭一通也會瘦到
只是今天左手拉傷
加油 再6公斤.
多喝牛奶保胸部
水要多喝唷~
