I don't know how many times I have started over, but I really want this to be my last time that I start over. In order to get what I need to get done, I'm going to have to do something different. This will be my first time doing a "Fad" diet, but I'm going to try it anyway. I MUST not fall into the trap of over eating when I'm done or else, I will gain it all back. This week, I'm going to dedicate it to getting my mind right. This is a must in order for me to be successful. I have lost weight in the past, but I want to lose weight, and keep it off for good.
