Waist: 37 1/2"
Hips: 46 1/2"
thighs: 23"
calves: 15 1/4"
Biceps: 12 1/2"
Forearms: 7 1/2"
224.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
