After a long time on bad food 14.07.2022
256.0 lb Lost so far: 13.0 lb.    Still to go: 57.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Keep going Elena. I checked the scales, been SUPER GOOD for the last week or so and then still found I've lost NOTHING. Yeah, disheartened aint the word, but still, I'll go to the gym .. work hard in the next week or two and see what happens. If it still doesn't work out, I'm going to turkey, gonna fight a butcher, get my belly chopped up and come back 15kg lighter. I mean, it's weight loss right? <3
