I started my period today. Yay! I am SO happy that I am down to 190 today! I've worked out every day for 4 days now, and ive been trying to quit slacking off. Yay for ME!!!
190.6 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 5.6 lb a week
