I haven't logged any activity since pre-Covid. in fact I can't remember the last time I was even on this site. I spent the pandemic essentially stuffing my face and re-gaining the 20 or so pounds I had lost.
So I just celebrated my second veganniversary on the first of July. Today, I am starting my Fat Secret again. This time I have I have a very good reason for wanting to lose weight. Next summer, I'm flying out to see my family in the Midwest. I have not seen them in 37 years. I hate flying while fat. Trying to be comfortable in the seat. needing a seat belt extender is embarrassing. It would be nice to see my family not weighing 300lbs. so, basically I need to lose as close as possible 120 lbs in a year. My short-term goal is to lose 40lbs by October when. I fly to San Francisco to see friends.
