Trying again! Brought the scales from the laundry room back into the kitchen where I am weighing every morning. Eating more chicken, trying to leave off sweets and carbonated diet drinks. One day at at time! My biggest struggle happens on the weekends.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree! You deserve an encouraging HUG just for trying! It means alot to be aware of your health & your weight. God calls us to a life of self-control & determination. He doesn't mean for us to focus only on ourselves, but He does expect us to live resposibly. Thank you for being such an excellent example to me! I never asked you to be perfect, so you don't have to be! I love you! ;)
