What a struggle and only .2! I had 3 days of low calories and in between my weight was varying between 222. something and up to 224. I prefer to only record weight weekly so that disappointing mess is not recorded. My biggest problem is still constipation, even with taking pills the doc recommended. I supplement with large doses daily of fiber pills and still the problem continues. When I am regular, my weight loss is continual but bouts of constipation going 3 or more days stop weight loss. I still stay on my weight loss program and am still very determined to lose much more!
222.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
