While I did not lose any weight, my percentage of body fat is now 19% vs. 20-21% when I started my most recent weight loss journey. Translated, this means that of the 12 pounds lost since I began (from approx. 180 lbs. to 168 lbs.), half or about 6 pounds has been fat loss!
168.0 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
