So it's 6 months since I started making small, sustainable changes to my diet and 2 months that I started exercising. I have lost 9kg so far. I feel a difference with how my clothes fit and I'm not going back. Trust me when I say that I don't feel deprived of anything. if I want to eat any junk food I do eat it but not too much, just enough to taste and I'm good. If I can do it anyone can
