For the last 4days I have done well, even went out to dinner last night. Wooooooooohooooooo!
316.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 141.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It has been tough, I really miss my dad even though it has been almost a full year since he passed. I know you are in the same situation, but I really envy you. You have a great family and your ability to get out and plant, harvest, and can the fruits and veggies from your gardens are activities I really wish I could take advantage off. Being in an apartment does no allow for much gardening and once I move back into my house, well the weather in Phoenix burns most plants to a crisp before you can harvest. I hope you and your family are doing great and are looking forward to the coming fall season. God bless you and yours.
