Just found out I am pregnant and I know I can't loose weight but I would like to at least keep in shape w/ a good diet & proper exercise that's healthy for myself & the baby.
172.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
