my weight is acting crazy ever since I had started those stinking headaches. Was almost 3 weeks. I seem to be doing better finally. Bloodwork came in and everything is where it is supposed to be. (as I figured). yesterday I ate a chicken wrap for lunch. was still full at dinner so didn't eat a meal. I did have a few ginger snapps with the kids and gained .05# Today I brought tilapia and veggies. im determined to get this back on track. now that im feeling better I might be able to get my treadmill brought in from my workout room in the barn. I want it in the house where I might use it more. weight bench is set up in garage already. (not bringing it in house bc I don't want to mess up hardwood floors if one dropps) Gonna get this thing behind me. afraid this weekend will be hard as a holiday weekend at the lake with not kids. I might be tempted to drink a little which never helps a diet. any suggestions there.
153.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

keep in mind I drink very little but an adult beverage is good occasionally. normally I just drink water as we are in the sun all day. :)

You can really do this .05 could be a glass of water you drank. Dont be down turn that frown upside down. And enjoy life just stay on track while doing so. Have a wonderful Wednesday :)

What do you prefer to drink? I have had an occasional drink since I've started and it has not hindered my losing. Yes alcohol does have sugar and calories, but if you figure out what you want to drink and work it into your calories for the day it should not mess you up.

I like all the fufu drinks. lol loaded with sugar. but also like a reds apple ale, or I make a miscato with oranges and limes and splash of freska and little mojito mix. I created this one night with a friend. I just kept adding to a sangra. its my favorite and everyone I make it for loves it. light and refreshing. nice thing is bc ive added so much to it there isn't much wine in the glass so you can drink it for a long time. :)
