I haven't been good at logging my food lately but I am still sticking with eating well and the pounds coming off show it. I hope to be able to get back on track and log more. It just hasn't been convenient. Cheers to 30.2 lbs gone from my body! Keep it coming off!
236.8 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 56.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
