Have been sick.... allergic reaction to something on June 3rd ... on steroids and benadryl for weeks still have super sensitive, burning skin.... Been to the doc... after thousands spent on labs , only finding is thyroid went bad on the steroids but now is back to normal ... so frustrating. Burning skin or not I am back to exercising since last week . I stopped the diet as was concerned the artificial sugars were the culprit, trying it again as eating "normal" did not help either.
