Because I weigh daily, was not expecting much of a loss and snacked extra a couple of days out of plateau fear/frustration (can you say “emotional eater”?) and then boom! It goes to show that the formula is never a straight calories in and out…Maybe I can start actually accepting that now!
329.8 lb Lost so far: 55.7 lb.    Still to go: 194.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
