A pound down, only like fourty-two more to go! I didn't wake up and go to the gym with Sean this morning like I was supposed to. Waking up five days a week at 6am is hard for me. So instead I slept in and feel great. I'll go walking today on my own, or catch a class at the gym. I'll try again on Thursday to wake up and go but Sean doesn't push me and I know all I have to say is, "No," when he tries to wake me up. Sometimes I do it while I'm still sleeping...
182.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
