Up a bit together but clothes feel looser so I am hoping it means my new walking routine is kicking in and it will reflex on scale next week. I have been easing up a bit on portion control so I need to tighten back down on that, no matter how delicious something tastes, I dont need more than one portion.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
